In Manitoba Junior Hockey League action, The Sherwood Division playoff matchups have the OCN Blizzard trailing the Dauphin Kings two games to one with game four heading up to OCN where the Blizzard look to capitalize on home ice advantage and tie the series up before heading back to Dauphin for the always important game five. The winner of that series will take on the either the Portage Terriers or Swan Valley Stampeders. That series is tied at two games apiece with game five happening in Portage. In the Addison Division, the Selkirk Steelers lead the Winnipeg Saints three games to one, and the Waywayseecappo Wolverines have been giving the first place Winkler Flyers all they can handle. That series is tied at two games apiece with game five in Winkler. Portage Terriers’ goaltender Jason Kasdorf was named  MJHL Player of the Week, the runner-ups  were T.J. Constant of the OCN Blizzard and Shane Goodrunning of the Waywayseecappo Wolverines.
